The Department of Applied Electronic Materials (AEM) is the part of Institute of Sensor and Actuator Systems of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
The activities of AEM-Division of the Institute Sensor and Actuator Systems, which covers Electronics Packaging, Magnetic and Dielectric Materials, and Integrated Ceramic Technology concern the development, the characterization and application of innovative materials as well as related technologies and processes. The topics of research work are also incorporated in university study. The AEM-Division has been established to provide enterprises to a high degree of competence in research methods and innovative technologies.
