Prof. Somora, head of the Department of "Hybrid Microelectronic" of the Kosice University of Technology organized the "15th International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology" from May 11th to 14th, 1992, in Herlany, High Tatras, Czechoslovakia. The focus of this seminar was "Higher Education in Electronics Technology" with 37 presentations. Near half of the presentations were about the latest education challenges, experiences and results in electronics technology. The participants came from 7 nations, and therefore it was a very interesting international discussion about education questions in Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Great Britain and Czechoslovakia.
