For the second time a spring seminar under the leadership of Prof. Philippov took place in Sozopol. During the "14th International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology" in May 1991 more than 40 participants have met there and presented their latest results about the main subject "Total Quality Control in Hybrid Production". Professors, young scientists and students discussed about new ways of cooperation in the education of electronics technology under the new economic conditions in the former socialist countries of Eastern Europe, especially about the possibilities of support in the European "TEMPUS" program. Another important topic was the progress in hybrid research and production.
